In all honestly, I respect Russ and what he does for the show BUT WTF. Seriously overreacting here but Survivor themes/intros is what I look the most forward to watching. This intro is not bad per se, but definitely falls short.
And for the record, Fiji's theme was not all that bad. |

was browsing themes on youtube when I found the "official" HvsV theme, good god that was horrible. a full blown orchestral theme would have been amazing (last time they did that was Micronesia and Pearl Islands and we all know how epic those 2 themes are)

Eh most of hte time it's like 75% visual and 25% sound so I'll ait until the actual intro is played tomorrow. Didn't they add extra sounds in the PI intro vs the album track? Let's pray they add a few things this time around.

The worst theme EVER!!!! I mean WTF? It was seriously so bad. And the intro? HORRIBLE. So slow and the colors were all wrong! I just wish they went back to the motion + still shot!

Yeah I'm not happy about the intro, so weird in speed, nothing matched the music, some people's cuts were so fast and awkward. BOO.

I love the new opening, the colours, the pictures from Samoa, my favourites :D
It's a little bit crowded, but I think this intro will be better from week to week, when the voted out castaway have gone... |
