Apparently dump trucks are being told to unload their snow at Pier 5.

How do you expect to ask for a shovel or the assistance of neighborhood kids to do your driveway for $5 and some cookies? Or let's say that you need a chainsaw for when the winds come back to destroy your trees (yay Ohio). Or you lose power and need candles and lanterns.
