Now, thats not to say she wasn't a bitch too. I just found Melissa to be entertaining in a trainwreck kind of way.

That girl is a serious control freak / narcissist. He speech was all "I am the pupper master of everything." Yes, she said it was God, but note that she was even telling God what to do! "I prayed and asked God to do this and that." Control, control, control, control. She has to control what happens and even if she initially didn't make it happen, she has to control the spin. So Melissa asked God to change Miggy's attitude, and so Melissa orders up a medical emergency. Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Classic. How many times in that speech did she say "I" or "me"? Seriously. The axis of the universe rotates on her mouth. Gooooodbye.

She was playing the game so hard yet she tried to come across as someone really trying to change her life. There's no way she gained a pound this week without doing it on purpose. Her fake tears weren't even convincing. Melissa is an epic fail on a lot of levels. Daris, Stephanie, Miggy and Michael are my faves so I'm happy none of them left last night.

I told my hubbster last night the ONLY explanation was that she had to redeem her 'reputation' as a lawyer, and if that required one final water load to leave the program to "prove" she DIDN'T do it, then by God, that's what she would do. and did. Not a single doubt in my mind. I can read her like a two-bit, on-sale paperback book.

She was by far the smallest person there, she didn't belong there anyway, her husband, yes he needs some help. I just wonder who sperates the group, and if they split up all the couples. I just don't know how my body is going to respond" She was trying to put the entire "I didn't water-load" back into play in an attempt to save her lyin' behind. Her speech from the scale also held a clue. (Actually, it was pretty funny, she went on and how how she needed to go and they needed to keep Lance until he got down to 250 pounds. HUH?) She said that she should go home because of all the people left on the ranch, she was the one closest to her goal weight. That tells me that she doesn't see herself as being seriously overweight. I really think that she got them (Lance and herself) on the show to force Lance to lose weight so that he could go back to work. I would bet my bottom dollar that he has to be at 250 or below. I don't think she sees herself as "one of those fat people" Too bad Melissa. I think without you to drive his sorry behind, Lance is going to go down sooner rather than later. I also believe that the others have seen how the red team really was based on their play in the challenge. Quite frankly, I don't trust any diet plan that includes shakes, pills, supplements, or anything else that suppresses hunger or fat. It's like saying money grows on trees, you just need to follow the yellow brick road.
