Francesca Secret Scene
In the first episode, Francesca works hard to get votes for her plan before Tribal Council
<day 3; everyone returns to camp>
Rob: I know it was rough...they had a big jump on us in the beginning.
Francesca (solo): Oh my God. The challenge today was very humbling. We were definitely overconfident. It was demoralizing, for about five minutes, and then I realized it was actually an opportunity. We need to get rid of Natalie. <Grant/Natalie/Rob are drinking boiled water and he tells her it's hot so be careful> Tonight, Natalie needs to go, because if Natalie is gone, then Boston Rob doesn't have his puppet/Survivor-mistress anymore, and that's a decision the other people on the tribe can live with.
<Francesca and Kristina go to get water>
Francesca: There's only one thing that makes sense for us tonight...and that's Natalie.
Kristina: The problem with it is that's Rob little...babe.
Francesca: I only hope we can talk to Andrea and Matt, and get them to go for it.
Francesca (solo): I think that Andrea and Matt can be brought around to see that's a good decision.
<Francesca tries to talk to Andrea and Andrea mutters something about she doesn't know what to talk about because she hasn't heard anyone say anything>
Matt: <something about for sure> We even came back at the end too.
Francesca: If it was up to you, who would it be?
Matt: If it was up to me, who would it be. Natalie's the weakest player, I believe.
Francesca (solo): I'm actually kind of excited to go to Tribal Council now, because now I'm pretty sure we're gonna get rid of Natalie, hit Boston Rob where it hurts, and take potentially his strongest ally out of the game, and he is not gonna see it coming. So that's exciting.
Ometepe Return From Tribal
Phillip, Kristina and Andrea react to the Tribal Council where Matt was voted out.
Phillip: I went to Tribal Council fully expecting to be sent to Redemption Island, so I was ecstatic to remain in the tribe. What's next for me will be initiated by Rob and I'll probably act accordingly, in terms of if he says, "Are you willing to do this?" I'm probably gonna say, "Yes," because I've committed to him that I'm going to do that.
<most of the tribe is in the shelter>
Rob: Where's Kristina?
Phillip: She's sitting by the fireplace.
Rob: Kristina! You don't wanna sleep in here? It's not too bad. It's a little bit wet.
Kristina: I'm just gonna hang out here for a little while.
Kristina (solo): At Tribal Council, Matt got blindsided. It was a big blindside. There was no logic. He was a strong guy. They didn't tell Andrea either. She was blindsided as well. I had to play my idol because I thought they were gunning for me. Rob's really smart. It was a great way to flush it out and get rid of somebody at the same time. Again I could not have foreseen it because I would have never anticipate that they would have gotten rid of Matt. But who knows what lurks in the mind of Boston Rob.
<the next, rainy, morning>
Andrea (solo): I'm a little shocked, and upset, about last night at Tribal Council. I had grown really close to Matt. It was like they were blindsiding me as well, because I had no idea what was going on. It came out of nowhere, and I think it was a really stupid move. I'm like, OK, they betrayed Matt, they didn't tell me - I could be next to go.
Seeing Matt at the Duel
Andrea reacts to seeing Matt compete in the Redemption Island duel.
"We didn't really get to see Redemption Island where they're living. We got to see the dueling area, which looked really awesome. It looked like a Roman gladiator arena, and then we all got to sit up. It was really cool, the way it looked, but it was also a bit scary, because these were two people fighting for their lives. It sent a little darkness upon...if this is what the dueling looks like, the island must be torturous."

"It was really cool seeing Matt. He even threw up a couple smiles. I wore this necklace that he made that he left here; he left all his stuff here. I'm kind of hoping that he realizes I didn't vote for him, which he's smart and hopefully does."
(cut)
"I was definitely rooting for Matt."

"Even though Fran is cool, I have no connections to her, really. Matt, if he keeps doing well, could be a huge tool for me in the game, because if he comes back I could use him as an alliance. Once he realizes I didn't vote for him he could be a huge asset to me in the future."

"When we got back to camp, everyone was like, 'What was it like? Cool.' They thought it was interesting. It was a little different. Ashley was a lot different than I was coming back, because I think she felt a little bad that she had voted him out, whereas I was happy he won and I hope he keeps winning. I tried to be like, 'Oh yeah, Matt won, it's fine,' even though deep-down I'm really happy."
