It's a good list though. he would have won if he went by harold on the show, duh. it was truly a major miscalculation on his part to use a nickname closer to the beginning of the alphabet.

Posts: 2172 (04/22/11 09:06 AM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts	* Finishing in eleventh place on Idol is like being put in the witness protection program. 11th place finishers have included some of the very worst (Kevin Covais, Mikelah Gordon, Amanda Overmyer) or least memorable (Charles Grigsby, Matt Rogers) contestants in Idol history. I honestly can't remember the name of the black girl who finished 11th last year (I could look it up, but the fact that I'd have to is my point here). But this year is the ultimate expression of this: we don't even KNOW who finished 11th! The 9th place finisher will be someone not in the bottom 3 before. Niko, Mandisa, Gina, Ramiele, and Michael/Andrew all fit this category. But Pia is the first actual 9th place shocker elimination. If there is one, a Wildcard will finish in 5th place. Not this year. Sorry, Stefano. *The top 5 will not include more than one white female. Lauren & Haley have a chance to prove this wrong. The fact that it hasn't happened since the first season (!) is the best reason to think Jacob will survive next week and one of the girls will be booted.

It may be both Stefano and Jacob fans enjoy an overwrought singing style and that portion of fans voting for Stefano based on his singing style might also favor Jacob's overwrought style. We'll see I suppose.

So as if there was any doubt Nuts of Wonder is winning, then this curse will almost seal it. The only way he doesn't win is if he gets eliminated before Top 2, which has a slim-to-none chance of happening.

The idea seemed outlandish until Ty-Tynisa Wilson and Scotty (not just "Scott", mind you) McCreery made the AI10 Top 24. The prophecy will be complete if Scotty wins tonight. (2) The "alphabet" curse: For 9 straight seasons, the contestant whose name appeared closest to the end of the alphabet won the Finale. If Lauren (L) loses to Scotty (S), this curse will have held for an incredible 10 seasons.
