I don't care how much you think getting rid of Russell was the right way to go, throwing a challenge in order to do it was retarded, and it effected the out come of this entire game. They deserve to have that rubbed in their face.

Look how he did when the pressure was on - he came in a distant 3rd to the x-jock and the Marine so they probably would have lost anyways! I don't think that it affected the game much because they won the next challenge wiithout Ressell. B/t/w did you see that Relph did NOT mis-spell Boston Rob's name - first time he did not poke fun at the target - he fears the power of the Robfather and did not want to piss him off. If I recall correctly, a very similar thing happened in Thailand, and that tribe ended up down in numbers on the merge. As Russell said, you don't want to give the other side momentum. You can see what momentum does in sports like basketball, baseball, etc. Teams that capitalise on a win can get stronger & stronger, and teams that continue to lose also lose their morale.

Also, it really doesn't matter as far as the Zap 6 are concerned. Even if they didn't throw it, and continued to win. Russell's 3 would've flipped on them at the merge by joining the remains of Rob's tribe.
