I would dearly love to hear from someone who actually knows Fill-up in real life.

I'm guessing the true story behind Fill-up is that he would be just like one of those kids that nobody liked and who cried all the time in school because everyone told him to fuck off.  Surely that is the way he was treated in school from the age of about seven to about age twelve.

I know that it's sad but it's almost certainly true. The poor guy has almost certainly made up all this bullshit about being a secret agent man just because that is his wild fantasy world.

But no real secret agent man would go around telling everyone that he was a secret agent man. Don't 'cha think?

What kind of real secret agent would behave like that? The only one I can think of is one who worked for KaDaffy Duck or some other imbecille asshole. Who else would ever hire Phill-it to work for them, except maybe a real whack-o dictator and - come to think of it - there are quite a few of them. But don't they all have their agents murdered before they retire or get fired? I seem to remember that Long John Silver used to have "retirement" ceremonies that involved someone take a pistol in each hand, then cross their arms, then get shot in the head - real dead like! Isn't that the way it was done?

Fill-it would fill that role in a real deluxe way!

I also recall him making several other real stupid boners involving the English language. A real secret agent would have to know a minimal amount of the English language. Wouldn't they?

If'n he was a real and true secret agent man, I'm guessing he would be the one who was hired to check the garbage cans every night to make sure that no one threw out any secret documents containing sesitive information. It would be his job to take any of those documents and shred them. But that would be the only kind of job that I could imagine him ever getting. And the reason he might get that kind of job is because his English is so terrible that he just can't repeat real English words and if'n he ever discovered any real secret information, he would always garble it up and would just never be able to repeat it correctly. He would just fuck it up all the time. That is our Fill-up!
