I wish for some of these early merge things in addition to immunity for the top performer, that the bottom person would automatically be in the elimination challenge. Last year they just booted people on the spot anyway, but whatever. That proposed boot order would be perfect for me, though I wouldn't mind Chris Reed winning either.

Unless Jamie is some master of covert ops, I can't imagine where their insane dislike of him is coming from.

I guess maybe he knew he was going to be on the block as being the last blue and wanted to ruffle some feathers, but he was so OTT it was crazy. Maybe I missed things early on, but why is Jamie such the target from the big3 of Chris/Brian/George? Did he suck at challenges or was he from the wrong branch of the military?

He could be a desk jockey for all they knew and they just hated him for it. Ashley was just a huge ass this episode. I don't know what rode up his butt about Jamie at all since he was never on the red team like the rest were. Good riddance. As much as I hate George for being an unsufferable arrogant condescending prick, at least he is consistent about what he believes and called out the others in his confessional that their behavior was just them wanting to be safe from elimination. It's admirable in a way that he refused to vote for Ashley or Joe and instead stuck to voting for the weakest shooter of the round. And he obviously believes that because he thinks the best one there and would never be in any trouble. He's still a prick and his attitude to Jamie is still ridiculous.

Didn't they say something like George would never have to face the nomination range again when they showed up? So either it's a comprehensive F4 final challenge or the first challenge next week will flat out eliminate 1-2 people. I also notice there's a reunion scheduled after it next week. Let's see what George and Jay have to say to each other.

He's cocky 'n arrogant, but in the competition sense, he rocks. In this episode, overcoming his fear of the crane-fall to shoot the best really showed it. Rooting for him, but just don't think he'll win.

He's standing by the truck and says "you guys come over here" but it sounded like he had something in his mouth [food, chewing tobacco?]. Jaime showed class by shaking everybody's hand at the end. He's such a cocky douche and you know he was like the biggest jock back in high school and yet the biggest whiner ever at the same time. He complains non-stop about anyone and anything that does not fit into his view of things and just calls it lame. His entire confessional during the challenge was just gold and I actually thought he was hilarious. Of course he had to go ruin the one good thing I had to say about him last week when he shot Jamie's target. Before they went to shoot, he once again said he would shoot whoever did the worst ie. Brian. But he went back on it and shot Jamie. What a dick. But still, a great character to have on the show to watch. And anyone else irritated to hell by all of Brian's giggles?He did the worst and was not in any trouble and that just added to the feeling of annoyance at seeing him safe.

I mean, seriously, it was basically a question of Us vs. Them from the beginning, with the "them" being anyone not in the Marines. I didn't like Jay at all, but he deserved to be there more than most of these losers. George is living proof that large segments of the military are just paid fraternities. What a disgrace that guy is. The only one of the remaining shooters who doesn't seem like a complete 'tard is Joe. I mean, Chris says "i'm basically a stay-at-home dad" but he was in the right branch, so he's golden. And since when do they switch from one class of weapons to another in between the immunity and elimination challenges?

Remove this ad At this point, I would be satisfied with a George win (just because seriously, they need a winner with SOME sort of personality). And if not him, I would hate it to be Chris, since Chris comes across as a douchebag more often than not, but not in the cocky and arrogant way George does. Gunny is okay because he's jolly, but he's not great. And Joe is a piece of wood.
