In Heroes vs. Villians, Coach insisted that Sandra & Courtney sit out a reward challenge so that Coach could eat the reward pizza.  Of course, that meant Sandra & Courtney had to participate in the immunity challenge, with predictable results (although the immunity challenge loss resulted in Coach's ouster so there was some "justice" there).  Coach also made competing & contradictory promises to Rob and Russell not to vote against either of them and wanted to square the circle by voting out Courtney, which was the same as voting out Rob.  Then, to top if off, Coach gets mad at Russell about how everything turns out.

Phillip sat out an individual immunity challenge for cheeseburgers but that was different since he was never going to win that challenge anyway, and he was in no danger of going home.  Moreover, since it was an individual immunity challenge, even if a Zap won there still would have been plenty of other Zaps to vote out.

So Phillip might be more nuts in day-to-day life, and just destroyed any chance he has of winning, but he still has a good chance of making F3.  Which is to say from a Survivor perspective, Phillip is less nuts than Coach.
