I have a guy next door whose electric saw is on from 9ish in the morning to 10ish at night, every day. This has been going on for YEARS. We had a 90 year old neighbor who mowed part of our yard and everyone elses yard that bordered his. None of us complained to him about it since at 90 he probably wasn't gonna change anyway. When he moved into a retirement home, we had a talk with the new neighbors about lot lines. I kinda miss him. He knew all the neighborhood gossip and now I have to mow the whole damn lawn!

We then asked if that was true why he thought we would pay taxes on his land, he got all huffy and left. He put up a chain link fence on the other side of his lawn into the other neighbors property. And he dug up holes where the property stakes are in our yard. Mr. .Beep is bring home something from work today so we can find the stake on the other side and measure off it and restake it. then I'm putting up a split rail fence. Hopefully that will shut his big fat mouth. PQ- maybe it would be different if this was 90 yr old man doing favors. this guy is an underhanded jerkoff trying to lay claim to our land. Quite different.

Remove this ad HAHAHAHA to 'surveys mean nothing' this guy is opening himself up to litigation if he fucks with your land. Unless he had your lot and block rezoned, he is risking having to pay for illegal encroachments and any work you have to do to fix your land. 'survey means nothing' ok, so neither does borders of a country- as that is basically what your survey shows.
