If she ever accepted any state or federal aid of any sort for the boy then they defrauded the government.

I wonder how many of those villainous deadbeat dads are in that circumstance (and to be clear - real deadbeat dads are scum in my eyes).

During a divorce proceeding that year, Mildred Patricia Baena admitted to ex husband Rogelio Baena that she did not need child support because he was not the father of her son. The divorce filing did not require Patty Baena to indicated to the court who was the child’s real father. It remains unknown as of this afternoon if the Court ever inquired as to the issue.
