Here is what you can expect tomorrow night:

The hosts are Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic, with Kelly Osbourne and Miss USA 2003 Susie Castillo providing color commentary.

The judges for the finals are Tyson Chandler of the Dallas Mavericks, Rocco di Spirito, Mariel Hemingway, Penn Jillette, Lil' Jon, Caroline Manzo from the Fake Housewives of New Jersey, and some businesswoman named Suzi Weiss-Fischmann.

British rapper Tinie Tempah will be performing "Written in the Stars" during the evening gown competition.

Also, the format has changed. There will be 16 semifinalists this year, including one chosen via online and text voting. The rest will be a combination of picks from the preliminaries and from the Miss Universe Organization (since 2005, the MUO has reserved the right to choose some of the semifinalists for the Miss USA, Miss Universe, and Miss Teen USA pageants). The 16 semifinalists will compete in swimsuit, then the top 8 will progress to the evening gown round, and only four will compete in the final question round. From what I've read, the telecast will contain some surprises, especially as to how the eliminations will be carried out.
