That scene wih all the girls on their "cycle" and Tommy telling them he was not going to the vagina isle at the drugstore? I laughed so much!!! Then the drugstore scene was pretty funny till they killed it with the cancer lady.... Why is she back?

Did anyone else TOTALLY NOT MISS that this week didn't have that half hour in the center of the episode where Tommy and Maura Tierney talk for half an hour, and suck the enjoyment out of everything? I mean, she's good at what she does, and we see that Tommy is getting some wonderful insight from her that improves his relationships at home, but the entire time, I'm saying to the screen, "Please go back to the firehouse and show us some Lou and Needles!"

Her character is why I stopped watching ER and I was sorry to see her on Rescue Me. Other than that...I'm very glad she's gone through her cancer treatment and I wish her good health.

I did hope for the longest that he and Sheila actually died or were hospitalized and everything that took place afterwards were dreams. This episode was almost unbearable. Garrity and Mike are the ONLY thing worth watching. Tommy (and to an extent Lou) suck the life out of everything.

Yeah, I kind of gave up on this show and then my TIVO I guess ran out of stuff to tape so it taped this, I had forgotten I even had this set up but I did laugh at him having basically 3 women and two daughters and all of them pretty much tellling him to screw off. But yeah, I thought we would be done with cancer lady too.

Next week's blurb on the cable guide says that a bunch of new recruits are taught by an old hand or something like that. I hope that Tommy and Black Sean at least survived the explosion.
