Part of me says no, F4 veto is something no HG should EVER throw, and she can't 100% trust Porsche. But another part of me thinks that if she can throw it to Porsche, Porsche will evict Jordan for her, and she's in much better shape going into the F3 HoH.

R is most comfortable when she is contrrolling her own destiny. And being the competitor that she is, why would she ever give the others any opportunity to send her to the JH? As for trusting Porsche and/or wanting to keep her over Jordan? That would be another game-ending move for R.
