I'm still wondering how Elise is still there! She has been nominated the most amount of times out of everyone who has ever participated in HK, let alone her season; she doesn't get along with anyone; everyone has let Chef Ramsey know they don't like her, and that she brings alot of tension/drama, and she has made a few mistakes during services. In any other season, she would have already been eliminated.

And let's be clear on her character and personality here: Elise is the kind of person people put up with. People really don't get along with her, nor does she appear to command or attempt to earn respect. If she was ever in charge of a team, people did what she told them to, not because she is a natural leader, who commands respect, but because they had a job to do, and they care enough about continuing to work and getting paid, despite her presence in the kitchen, or wherever else she worked. She's a nobody to them; there a thousand bitches out there, just like her, who bitch their way to the top because they can also do a good enough job to just barely get by.

And that's exactly what's going on in HK: every week she is just barely getting by. If it wasn't for this incessant need for drama, she would have been gone a long time ago, and one or two other people would have stepped up to create drama, even if it was on a lesser scale.
