I mean with Toni and Dallas no one seemed to realise but it was pretty clear that they knew about this incident but they didn't do anything. I felt they just wanted to cause some drama on the first leg!!

Even last season with the Goths and their lost passport, they filmed it but couldn't tell them about it.

They probably just wanted to appear on teevee. Anyway K&L and L&M both look pretty unimpressive. This show must be rigged so that another FF won't win.

Because that's the first thing I would do. I wouldn't tweet it, because tweeting about it wouldn't be the first thing I would think of doing. Plus, it's kind of hard to know if it belonged to a racer or a regular tourist, and the chances that a person from TAR production would be following your tweets would be very low, if at all.

The guy at the gas station wasn't shown giving directions to the girls, like the article above says, he gave directions to the first team in (the Chicago couple), and was described as "the guy in the red shirt". The two girls seemed to be pretty far behind the frontrunners (they were in last place), so it seems unlikely that red shirt guy was just hanging out at the gas station for longer than the time it took to get his gas, or for long enough to see both the first and last place teams come through. Also, it struck me as odd that when he and his poser, keep-looking-at-the-camera buddy got to the airport, he had already changed his clothes to a new gansta outfit. At a minimum, he wanted to get on TV more than just the first random appearance, and he stayed at the gas station after signing his release waiting for more action, making him a creepy stalker. It would have very easy for CBS to step in and say, "Hey, random LA poser dude, can you tweet about finding this passport and then we'll find an uber-fan to tell you where to take it. But don't forget to go home and change your clothes and grab the closest camera-loving friend, and we promise you'll get some extra screen time." Nope, no rigging here.
