My home in Florida has Queen Palms in the front driveway and on the side of the pool
and I have the seed pods cut twice a year so the Coconuts will not grow, and prevents rats from nesting up there.
Many rats live in palm trees.

They grown fast and you need to be careful, especially with expensive cars in the driveway.

Many cars get damaged by the nuts every day.

The cheap people who don't pay to cut the seed pods off the trees usually
get nut damage.

Some Florida Home owners Insurance Policies have a clause about cutting the seed pods on the trees,
and palm fronds branches dropping.

You would think Survivor would cut down the nuts where people make camps
so nobody dies.

I guess, as long as everyone signs the release forms they are covered.?
