The way Sophie plays the game, she's doesn't stand-out at the challenges, but doesn't suck, good social game, and is the #2/3 in the majority alliance. Very down the middle in all categories, which is a good thing to be in Survivor. Amanda has made it to the finals twice, and I can see Sophie going far.

Remove this ad Sophie does remind me of Amanda, in having almost complete awareness of the social dynamics of her tribe and having positioned herself in a very good spot with everyone. Her confessional explaining the status quo at Upolu reminded me of Amanda in HvV. If Upolu have the numbers post-merge I'm willing to bet she's as good as gold for the finals. Of course she is probably not as good in challenges, but this may be to her advantage in the second part of the game. She also has to avoid Amanda's mistake of keeping her strategic brilliancy to confessionals and show others that she's smart and not just there for the ride.
