okay, long weed growing neighborhood hinky goings on:

so my neighbor does have the medical mj approval. he told me so. the thing is - he's so stupid about waving it the faces of everyone. he doesn't just grow some plants with any sort of decorum. he told me he's worried about kids breaking in to steal his plants or equipment or whatever, but he put his plants growing, in the tell tale bright white buckets, RIGHT IN HIS DRIVEWAY, in plain sight of everyone going past on our fairly high traffic road! isn't he just asking to have them stolen??

so last weekend, the well known weed dealer, who lives just down on the next block, stops his car across the street from this driveway and notices all the plants in buckets sitting in the driveway (like about 7 plants) - he got out of his car even to have a look from across the street. a couple days later i see him pull over on this side of the street in front of the driveway and get out of his car and pretend to get something from the trunk or something like that to scope out my neighbor's plants again. two nights (10:15PM - a single dad who obvi left his little kids alone while he goes out prowling) ago, he stops in front of neighbor's place and gets out of his car to pet the neighbor's dog (assessing what the dog is like), then backs his way down the road with his lights off. i'm driving to work the next morning and glance over to see the plants - boom! no more plants in the driveway, just empty buckets.

i kind of want to ask neighbor about it to find out if the plants were stolen at night or if neighbor harvested them himself.

also, today i saw two high school kids leaving from inside his place - so he is obvi selling recklessly too.

(i keep my blinds up and see EVERYTHING that goes on. lots more hinky stuff than just this incident.)
