^^  From USA Today Sept. 8, 2011:
"American Idol's first runner-up, Justin Guarini, will star in a production of Chicago at the Media Theatre in Media, Pa. The musical, which opens Sept. 28 and runs through Nov. 6, is part of the historic Philadelphia-area theater's Broadway series."

There is some word that Justin will be returning to Broadway soon.  We will know more about that later on. 

Already this year alone, he appeared in an original role in Pedro Amaldovar's "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown" and got rave reviews ( that is, he got rave reviews, all glowing, but the play did not.  Still it was a great gig because he appeared with Broadway legends such as Patti Lupone, etc.).  He then went on to appear in "American Idiot" as Will on Broadway to, again, great critical and popular acclaim from all.  Green Day's fans loved him in it.  And he played the lead role in another historic theater in NJ over the summer to kick off things off in their newly renovated theater in the lead role in "Rent."   Also, he recently did a workshop affiliated with Lincoln Center and the amazing Bill T. Jones, choreographer and dancer supreme, for "Superfly," playing the main role.  We shall see where that goes.

All in all, he's doing really great these days.  And of course, he's madly in love with his wife and two kids. S'all good!   :):):)
