The dragon speaks Japanese and Ben does not understand everything he says. So Ben bought a new software program called Dragon and all Ben has to do now is talk into the mic and it will translate for him. Easy Peasy Japanesey. But Benjamin will be happy to just make the jury again...

You hardly see Coach do anything , he'll just tell his tall tales and those people just follow him like lemmings. Rob at least had to work hard to maintain his zombies. Coach pretty much did not have to do anything , they just fall on their knees and worship him - as evident when Albert found the clue and goes running back to his master to share it.

Just because it's not shown, it doesn't mean that he isn't talking to them. As a matter of fact the five way alliance only helps the others at the moment and if they're smart they get rid of Coach in the end. Right now he is just not a threat to anyone as it is still too early in the game to think about who you can win against.
