The issues here are

1) She is asking for two items in my keep pile, that I want for myself- Tell her that those items aren't available, and give her options. Say something like "those pieces aren't available, would you like (and then give her options) instead?"

2) She is asking for stuff that was sold a long time ago by my mother and acting like my mom had no right to sell it-That is between your cousin and your mom, and she's dead dead dead. Feel free to remind her that she can take it up with her when they're both burning in hell for all eternity.

3) She wants stuff that I don't know how to find - I asked her to be specific and she couldn't give me an answer-That's not your problem. 

4) She's acting like I need her permission to sell what is now mine and telling me I have no right to keep what I want to keep (if that makes sense)-Again, her problem, not yours. No need to remind her that you don't need her permission, suffice it to say that she's feeling that the situation isn't fair and is lashing out. Not only is possession 9/10 of the law, but saying "life's not fair, it's time to put on your big girl pants and deal with it" will undoubtedly work wonders at ending her whining.

5) I hate her attitude - I would be happy to give her stuff from my sell pile if she could tell me what she wanted but she's making demands and I don't like that-Tell her that if she asks you really nicely for the figurine she wants, you'll give it to her.  But she has to ask nicely, like saying pretty please and explaining how much the figurine means to her and how much she would appreciate if you could share your collection with her type stuff.  If she does that, laugh and say no anyway.  Let her know that it's a life lesson that acting like a cunt rarely gets you what you want.

If none of that works to shut her the fuck up, gently remind her that she's having a hissy fit about [i]figurines[/], and take fpf's advice.  Smash one of your "sell" ones, carefully wrap the pieces in bubble wrap, and place the bubble wrap in a box with a ton of styrofoam peanuts, then ship it to her with a note telling her it's whichever one she covets the most and letting her know that you hope she displays it in a prominent location-like up her ass.
