Throw in mini-Coach (aka John Cochran) and a cast so blah that people are desperately clinging to dishwater dull Sophie as some kind of "savior" and I'm calling it the worst season in Survivor history. Rice Wars, the family visit episode and the first final five episode were very weak and predictable, basically killing the season. The final was also weak and predictable although it's outcome is the best ever (for me). This season the editing and the characters seem better but as a whole, for me, last season (episodes 1-9) > this season (episodes 1-9). At least last season we had Philip who was a very entertaining character (pre-merge), the boot of Russell, the two blindsides of Matt, Masterful game by Mariano and eye candy (Andrea,Natalie, Ashley). This season you have - The Cockroach flip (flop) and the unfunny and disturbing craziness of Brandon, that's all. Still, it could get better but it's unlikely.

Cochran, Brandon and Coach are without doubt the three most annoying characters in Survivor history. I thought Matt and Phillip were annoying last season but the three I mentioned from this season are like on a different planet. I hope Survivor recovers from this piece of shit season like it did after Cook Islands and Fiji (we then got a great season in China).

I stand by my statement -- and if Coach makes F3 I don't think there can be any disputing it. Coach is a joke --any season that has him actually dominating/running thing & has morons like John trying to tell me how "smart & cool" he is, is the worst season. I'll take Boston Rob over this (and trust me, that is hard for me to admit) -- those morons falling for Boston Rob was bad enough, but these morons falling for fucking Coach? No, I can't.
