BUT supposedly Tate doesn't realize he's dead though, right? So I don't know if he'd make a comment like that and mean it the way I took it. WHY DOESN'T TATE KNOW HE'S DEAD THOUGH? He realizes he can't leave the house but on Halloween so...he must know he's dead. I dunno. I can just imagine in a future episode a flashback to one of the times she cut herself and decided to actually kill herself. Tate finds her and burries her somewhere. He buried the home invasion people somewhere on the property unnoticed too. In the preview for next week, Tate is nekkid in bed with her too. They couldn't have sex before..so are they gonna have sex the next ep or he's just naked for the sake of being naked? IF they are able to have sex, then that's another sign she's dead since he couldn't do it before. For me to completely dismiss the idea, I'll just have to see her leave the house again. Hey speaking of Tate, how is he able to change his clothes? None of the other ghosts seem to change their clothes. Maybe he's the only one who still has clothes stashed on the property because of Constance and the other victims didn't have anyone to do that for them? Nothing really important but just something I'm noticing now.

Tate was killed by a swat team so I'm surprised he's shirtless in a scene with Violet...I would have thought his chest was hamburger. Constance shot Moira in the eye so I'm surprised "older Moira" only looks like she's got a cataract. It's like her eye "healed".

The gays looked perfectly fine too, as does the original doc's wife. Only the one-off victims that are just numbers to the house's bodycount get to appear for scares with their wounds.

I was thinking that the likeliest time for her to die would've been last episode when she took the pills but Tate saved her in the bathtub, but didn't she go back to Constance's after that? She's left the house almost every single episode but this past one, so I think it's a bit early to assume she's dead, but it can't be completely out of the question. I still think Rubberman is Constance's husband. Weren't we promised to find out about him at some point? I don't know how else he could be involved in the home in any way, unless they just introduce a new ghost entirely. What are the missing mysteries so far? Rubberman (which gets solved next episode), the culmination of Connie's baby storyline, and then Constance's fourth child? I'm happy with how much is being resolved pre-finale, because it means we'll probably get full satisfaction at the end of the season.

I don't know why, but I feel really sorry for Tate. For all the evil he's done, then we find out Constance is his mother and his siblings are all deformed?! Who wouldn't go on a rampage?

Posts: 14091 (11/18/11 09:34 AM) Total manwhore Reply Quote More Recent Posts	1) Violet is not dead, but the foreshadowing of Ben asking Tate to take care of her indicates that she might not be long for this world, and her suicide/death may be just what pushes Ben over the edge and into a murder/suicide thing. 2) Rubberman is Jessica Lange's husband. It's clear he died in the house after she walked in on him and Moira, and his character development has been minimal outside this week's smothering of their freak child. Observing that he was so completely subservient to her to the point that he would dutifully smother their child at her request is another indication that he's the guy in the sub suit. 3) The living residents of the house die at the end of the season, leaving them to haunt the next residents of the house as they rotate in new actors for season 2. Jessica Lange will continue to be the puppetmaster as she guides the next series of victims to their impending deaths. 4) Every scene with young Moira is gold, but watching Frances Conroy dab her lips as she walked out of the room turned my stomach a little, considering how phenomenal the BJ scene was.

Ghosts appear how they want to be seen. Some want to be seen as normal to blend in better. Some want to be seen how they died to scare/warn people. Moira is seen as a beautiful woman to men because she's a slut.

In the scene where Constance shoots her it seemed to me that while she and Constance's husband had had sex before she wasn't exactly a willing participant and he was forcing himself on her again when they got caught. It's not that she was a slut as a young woman but that she was taken advantage of by a lecherous employer and murdered by his jealous wife...and now she's trapped in the house. ETA ~ Moira was a beautiful woman when she died so why wouldn't her ghost also be beautiful? The deception lies in her appearing to all females to be an older woman.
