why do Fiji has the reputation of being one of the worst seasons?

And on line 3 it says "Host Jeff Probst has gone on record declaring the season as one of his least favorites." When I went back to watch seasons I have never even watched (i started watching during china) I get the vibe that Fiji from that quote is a terrible season just because Jeff Probst didnt like it. And after 2 yrs of saying it was a waste of time season i just gave in because i was bored.But when I watched it i was surprised that it was actually goodish.

But then Rocky, Lisi and Michelle all went home in that order, and the season lost a little steam for me because of that.

The have vs have-nots twist was horrible. Probst personal dislike of the season was strong. Poor editing, no theme, poor challenges, not enough of the Fijian culture which is rich. I loved it personally, good moments especially Stacy's masterful plotting which lead to the greatest survivor blindside ever. And it had Michelle <3

It's the last season that most Survivor fans should've stopped emotionally attaching themselves to a player with the heartbreaking way that Yau-man was ousted. It just has a very undesirable 'good guys finish last' theme running through it. The one saving grace is Earl winning.

Posts: 2387 (11/20/11 11:42 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts	add in the fact that Fiji was the most male-dominated season (numbers wise) in the shows history to the mactor count and that is just pure recipe for all-out Sucks hatred. The race thing is actually not an issue. Even FIVE ASIANS couldn't save it. I look forward to rewatching Fiji someday and rejudging it.

You do know that anyone can edit anything in, at least once, into Wikipedia for the record? I used to completely make Shii-Ann's old page edit where she came off like a complete idiot BUT was within wiki-standards. So much, that Shii-Idiot's legions of fans got the page deleted rather then let a page where Shii-Idiot was made to look bad exist
