Why doesn't Chipotle mix their ingredients?

Except last Sunday I tried to be healthy and got their Spinach Florentine egg white scramble. Had to put half a bottle of hot sauce on it to get any flavor. NASTY!! And pretty much anything from La Madelaine is good. Did I mention (today) that's where I'm getting my Thanksgiving dinner? WOOT!!
