Things picked up again after Lies My Parents Told Me. The middle of season seven felt like filler and it was strange how Buffy struggled against one Uber Vamp yet in the finale they fought hundreds of the uber vamps!

Posts: 1058 (12/15/11 11:03 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I think Season 7 gets a bad rap. It's still the worst season of the show, but there's some redeeming value in there a little. There are a few genuinely good episodes in the season (Ones with less of the annoying potentials or any of the Faith or Andrew episodes).. The problem with it is that it was so wildly inconsistent throughout the whole season! Without Joss as showrunner, there was a bit of a disconnect in terms of consistently delivering good material.. One scene would be fantastic in an otherwise horrible episode... It was definitely a strange season....

Season 8 is even worse, though. It doesn't even feel like Buffy to me. I'm all for horny chicks wanting to do other chicks, but it just seems wrong with Buffy thinking about sex all the time.

Aud is such an underrated and under-appreciated episode, it's easily the best episode of the season and in the overall top 10.

She did say her fave eps were "The Prom" and "The Body" and when asked if there would ever be a reunion she said "We had one! The Paley Festival!" and then the host said "But on...tv..." and she said "It was broadcast...wasn't it?" He then asked if there would be a movie and she said "There was...there was! And it was bad. We spent years trying to make people forget it." it was pretty pointless. she did admit to drama with Susan Lucci at least.
