And I couldn't help but think the bullying storyline was meant kind of as a PSA. Was anyone else thinking that AFF and Bern would lock Penny (the bully) in the bin ??? This would've been a much better ending, imo.

I can't quite remember. It seems like the guys couldn't stand up to him so they brought Penny along and she kicked him in the nuts or something.

I really don't even know how to respond to that. But I'm glad you like Community too.

I personally laughed more during the 2nd season of BBT than I did throughout all 3 seasons of Community combined. But hey, we can't all love the same type of humor. People (and critics) LOVE the Office and I think it's garbage and I have no problem being in the minority there.

Also, it is not BBT's fault that it was scheduled opposite Community. I recently learned that it used to be on Mondays, which I think is a better fit. Given the ratings it is getting, I doubt it will be moved to a different time slot, though.

Shel/Leonard went to confront him first with no luck, they went back with Penny and she nailed him in the nards. I actually just watched this one again a couple weeks ago. BBT definitely fit better on Mondays, it was followed by HIMYM and did exceedingly well BBT is the highest rated sitcom in Canada, whereas 2.5 Men is in the US. Weird eh? Both sound great, but seems like they really did want to make Ep. 100 something special, though the reports I read didn't include any appearance from Leonard's mother (although she was mentioned a few times), so that scene may have been cut If you want general plot details: Spoiler [+] Ep. 99 has two plots: - Sheldon and Amy get into a "fight", so Penny brings Sheldon to buy her a gift as an apology - Howard gets Bernadette to be his assistant when he does magic tricks at his cousin's birthday party, and Bernadette reveals she doesn't like kids (while Howard really wants them) Ep. 100 is a doozy: - Leonard asks Penny out on a new "first date", and it ends up going poorly but they sleep together anyways - Leonard and Penny agree to resume their relationship secretly, but then argue again, before ending up in bed together - At the end it cuts back to right after Leonard asks Penny out, and she contemplates it with Amy/Bernadette because everything before that was a dream (rando sidenote: apparently before Leonard asks Penny out, he's outside her apartment and glances in similarly to how he did in the very first ep <3)

My other favourite moment was probably Leonard turning down Sheldon's virtual alcohol offer because he was playing Grand Theft Auto later <3 I normally LOVE Amy Farrah Fowler, but her acting in this episode seemed a little forced... but the tiara scene was still cute ^_^ Next week is Episode #100!

Bernadette and Howard's scene at the birthday party was really funny but I just didn't like their storyline and its non-resolution. I know this is a comedy but that relationship still makes no sense to me. I actually liked Howard better when he was single, desperate and super-horny. It is amazing how the writers manage to keep Sheldon's character obnoxious and selfish even in a relationship, yet he found a way to 'set things right' with Amy without actually addressing their issues (with the help of his friends, of course). One step forward, two steps back in the character's growth. Just what you would expect from Sheldon.
