How does Kailyn even qualify for government help? Or non-government help as is the case with this apartment (ie - charity)? Some people don't even qualify for assistance when they work at a minimum wage job - and these kids are getting paid by MTV to "star" on a tv show and are on tabloids, giving interviews, etc.

Otherwise there is no way that Kailyn would be able to qualify for anything and Janelle wouldn't be homeless.

We're talking every single one of her probation terms. Think Lindsay Lohan style, but worse. Amazingly, if she does spend Christmas behind bars, it will be the second consecutive year that's happened to Amber. Signs you may have some issues ... UPDATE: Amber's brother Shawn tells E! News that his sister missed her most recent probation hearing and, as a result, authorities went to her house. While there, they went through her purse and found some "old pills" that Amber said were from an earlier prescription ... which she couldn't produce proof of. Therefore, she was jailed, release date TBA. Sheriff's deputies say it "will be up to the courts to decide" how long she stays there. Not looking good. Court records show that probation revocation was sought for Amber Portwood of Anderson after she was accused of battery and public intoxication in connection with a fight in November. She is also accused of not obtaining her GED or completing anger management classes as required. Madison Circuit Court Judge David Happe tells The Herald Bulletin that Portwood was arrested Monday. The judge ordered her jailed until a Jan. 13 hearing. Police investigated the then-20-year-old Portwood after a 2010 episode showed her hitting the then-24-year-old father of her daughter with the child present.

I mean Jenelle does mouth off to her and all that but Jenelle is just like Barbara. There is a reason why Jenelle and her siblings treat Barabara like that & it is because Barbara spoils them then when they don't get what they want they go off on her and curse at her. Then Barbara kicks them out and then takes them back basically telling them it is ok for them to disrespect her. It's just a vicious cycle. Barbara is psycho, Jenelle is psycho but damn do they make for some amazing television!

Would not be surprised if Chelsea scheduled her surgery on the day her father worked so that she could have Adam alone. Adam does not owe it to her to take care of her - only Aubrey. Team Barb all the way. she may be a crazy bitch, but she pays the bills and loves her grandson. she's taking care of him just fine, when not shrieking. i was relieved to see janelle's blonde friend actually get out of the car and stand up during the domestic abuse session. before that, i saw her only sitting on that couch, so i was wondering if she was paralyzed. still haven't seen her walk, though, so i'm curious if maybe she's a gimp or something. and the blonde girl's stoner boyfriend who does relationship counseling needs his own show.

If Kail got an apartment that has an adjustable rent based on how much money she's making, then whenever the MTV money came in she would simply pay the full rental amount. Until then it would be discounted based on whatever she's making at her job. Pretty smart of her, actually.
