Do you recall if any of the comments made by Probst at the end of any TC were different when you watched the episode? I'm trying to establish whether there's any possibility that certain comments might be added later to help with the editorial line they're trying to take. Thanks in advance.

I've heard that after TC, he does go through and read every vote to the cameras, so they can assemble the narrative in any way they choose - so theoretically, the votes that are actually shown at TC are not necessarily the ones that are shown on television. (This would only be relevant if like they wanted to play with your expectations by showing someone in a voting confessional and then showing their vote first, or whatever).

I read somewhere that it takes him 10 minutes or so to tally the votes? I thought this was so he could read them in the most dramatic order possible?Sometimes we don't know someone got a vote until the closing credits, and while this isn't that relevant anymore as a tiebreaker, are the people concerned informed?(I guess you can only answer that if it happened on your season.)

IF it's true that after tribal he goes and reads every vote - which I don't know firsthand, only from hearsay - the point would be to give the editors flexibility. So if the narrative they set up was like Spencer vs. Sandy, and they showed Spencer and Sandy each giving their confessional in the voting booth, then the FIRST votes they'd want to show would be Spencer's and Sandy's, to increase the drama. If the first vote you saw was someone else's, you'd know where the rest of the tribe had voted.Does that make sense? I can't think of a time on my season when we didn't know where every vote fell.

That must be a million times worse on Survivor. Stephen wouldn't know about that though. Not personally.

Do some players deliberately alter their hand writing style from TC to TC in order to obscure who they are voting for, or do people typically find out who voted for who soon enough?
