It makes me wish they would show The Gospel According to St. Matthew by Pasolini. THAT was an amazing film about Christ... done by an atheist/Marxist. Not on TCM, but Camp is on LOGO tomorrow. Such a cute little movie.

About an elderly couple who lose their home and have to move in with their grown children. Problem is that they can't stay together as none of the children have room for both mom and dad so they are separated. Very heartbreaking movie.

But I had the same reaction to the French teacher: today he would have gone to prison after the first scene, just because he walked Margie to the door! Jeanne Crain was gorgeous and so was the little blonde who played her neighbor. I always feel weird getting aroused by old movie stars. I can't help but realize they're all older than my grandma. . . .
