People were talking a lot about how of the 6 chefs in Chicago this season, Beverly's restaurant is the least impressive of the 6 (Sarah's is by far the best, she actually beat out Stephanie for best restaurant of the midwest), people thought it was very clunky pan-asian food, that was waay too expensive.

In fact they are not rated at all. Hope this info isn't too much for your shrinking ass. Omaha is overpriced cheap meat with a really good PR agent. Kinda like the Kardashian of beef.

I have to defend Ms. LaBelle as well. I agree her performance on this episode didn't translate, but I saw her live a year and a half ago, not expecting anything, and I swear it was one of the most electric performances I've seen in my life. She looked & sounded great. She's what, in her 60's? Probably has her good days and not so good. I wasn't sure why Tom was so eager to try her cooking, though. Oh, damn! 10,000 - I forgot!
