When Mark Burnett was deciding who would be on All Stars he wrote a list of must have former contestants. There were 24 names on it but he realised that was too many and had to cut it down to just 18 and you didn't survive this cut. Can u please tell us how far through the all stars process you got?

Stiff competition if you include Jons and Jonathans though... John, it seems that, although it was a surprise for the viewers, the Rotu 4 knew what was coming at the F9 TC. How did you find out? Did the other 5 tell you outright?

If you include people named Jon/Jonathan, then he'd have some stiff competition from Penner and Fairplay, but with it being spelled John, he definitely beats Raymond and Fincher

Some are more exciting than others, but then you get to the final five and it always gets entertaining. I still get butterflies in my stomach when I watch certain episodes. Usually when something that is similar or familiar to our season. Survivor is number one on my DVR list. American Horror Story is number two.

I kind of got in trouble with the first Survivor reunion fundraiser I did after the show ended and got into it with CBS legal. I thought they were being unreasonable. Also, the show was in its first two years and was killing it in the ratings. They had a lot to protect. Now that I am an attorney, I totally get why they did what they did but at the time I thought they were just being oppressive. Back then I was not passive aggressive, I was aggressive aggressive. Basically, I was disrespectul and a jerk. Mama says you get more with honey than with vinegar. Well, my jar honey jar was empty and I did and said some things that I regret. I did apologize about five years too late. I am not sure if that killed it for me but I hazard to guess that it had something to do with it. In my house, I was constantly reminded that you don't piss off a company like Viacom/CBS and think they are going to invite you back on their dime. Not gonna happen! Hopefully, one of these days they will give me a second chance. I think enough fans still despise and leopards don't change their spots that I could once again make for some polarizing moments. I am not sure how I would play. Now that I am a trial attorney, I am not sure how that would play out. I was a nurse last time. I now work in medical negligence law. If you think about it, they would crazy not to put me on there just for the hate factor. A gay, nurse Plaintiff's trial attorney. Not a super popular combination these days.

Then there comes all the scrambling and covert conversations. The new alliance formed because we let the power get to our head. It is amazing to watch other seasons and see that history indeed repeats itself. Lesson one. Check yourself. Lesson two. See lesson one. Big picture thinking, self-awareness and not falling prey to paranoia are three keys to success in the game. Once they chopped off my head, the alliance was done. But we did come back in the "Empire Strikes Back." I think that was the first and maybe last time a jury majority tried to telegraph to the castaways that we were now the ones giving away the money. The General almost wouldn't wear black in that episode. I finally convinced him to do it. I loved it and I thought we looked awesome all pissed off and bitter in black.

I think it would depend on how was I was on it with. I am still a control freak. The last ten years have brought a lot of changes. I started a law firm. I have a small 40 acre farm and raise San Clemente Island Goats and Painted Desert Sheep. I have been in a relationship since the show ended. Our ten year annivesary will be in September. We built two barns so I have learned a lot more about construction than I did the first time. I think my tribe strengths would be better than before I am not sure if my individual game would be. I wouldn't be able to follow an asshole or a dumbass or somebody that had an IQ of a hermit crab. I know my mouth and "Irish Temper" would get me in trouble. I know I would like to redeem myself. My edit was terrible because I acted terribly in certain instances. I think I would not be afraid to play the game that way it is supposed to be played.

I think Kelly is awesome and would have brought a lot to an Allstarts. I think polarizing players are always a good thing. We are just so darn unpredicable. I think that is the number one thing that I would be bring to a second chance. Whether I was putting my foot in my mouth or getting eaten by something or falling off of something. If were to happen, I would want to do it while my dad was still strong. He just went through six months of chemo for stage IV lung cancer. He was supposed to be my family member to come to the show and then I went and got voted out. I know he would drag his ass there if he had to. My parents have never missed an episode either.

Do you think that would be possible? Maybe it's just editing, but the players seems to be a lot more crazy and/or obnoxious than in years past. You in particular, and the Rotu 4 in general, just seem so tame in comparison.
