i think it's more anti Kail than anti-child support.

she should absolutely file. i was shocked that it wasn't done sooner. in the end it is best for both parties. money automatically comes out of the paycheque....no waiting for someone to hand you the money...and on the other side no one accusing that you never paid.

my issue with Kail re the support was more the message she left on his phone. whether that was the actual message she left (yeah mtv i'm getting a little sick and tired of you staging scenes for filming after they had already happened) who knows. but her tone (especially the sarcastic "sorry" at the end) just left me thinking wtf? was that really necessary? was he not contributing anything so far?

to me that is a conversation that should happen in person, considering, as per Kail, up until then everything between them was good and civil. the tone of her message guaranteed that jo would be on the defensive.

now saying that, jo still may have responded like an asshole, but you have the conversation letting him know you are going to file for support, then follow through.

if jo feels that the amount is too much, then he can go through the legal process to tryand get it reduced.

ugh i still cant believe the 2 of them end up sleeping together again...or smushing...making out...whatever it is that they ended up doing.
