The episodes get progressively better and I am still convinced I know who the Mole is... Lol. Watch them get executed in Episode 4 -_-. I think Hadewyct < however the eff you spell her name is the Mole. ALSO are these people stupid? Why did they only take 1 Joker. I think that challenge would have been better served if they made their decisions in private. Mole 1- H Mole 2- T Mole 3- L I would be surprised with any other mole out come. Marit has added way too much money to be the Mole. Unless she goes on a sabotaging rampage later. William is too fanatical. Frits is also an overtly obvious choice. Anne Marie is kind of in the same boat as Fritz. I think Tim will end up winning based on his edit.

My initial pick for the mole is William because in the first episode there was a scene of him wiggling his nose, which struck me as a particularly molish gesture. He is fanatical, but doesn't really help in getting money. His vantage point in the boat challenge was particularly difficult to read as the boat passed (sun behind him on a high point). Being the fantaically incompetent contestant makes a great mole cover. The eliminated player was one of my favorites. That he got eliminated using a method that chooses the most likely response says to me that the other contestants have a good idea who the mole is and are answering accordingly. This means that the mole is in a group which is statistically smaller than the average (if the suspected mole has the same answer as the real mole, then the one suspecting that person would score better than the eliminated contestant), but as Fritz says, math never works :-) Barring William, I suspect Anne-Marie. Really, the only two I didn't suspect even a little are now gone. I'm looking forward to more clues!

Liesbeth-I am convinced that this woman is the Mole. XD In the speedboat mission, people complained that her writing was too small. In the joker vs. envelope mission, she chose a joker and didn't add 1000 Euro to the pot. After earning the money in the Reykjavik tour mission, she put the 2000 Euro in her own pocket instead of giving it to Maarten. This was easily their most productive episode to date, yet she easily subtracted 2000 Euro from the pot by doing that. 2. Tim-In the beginning of the episode, Anne-Marie talked about how Tim gets along with everyone and gets information from everyone. In the speedboat mission, he chose "Writers whose names begin with the letter Q". How many people are going to fit that category? And in the Reykjavik tour mission, he had everyone doubting whether or not they should enter the tower. Definitely a very mole-like episode for Tim. 3. Marit-Just to keep her here. She didn't do anything overtly mole-like this episode. But anyone else notice how each episode, the person who's name was entered fourth got executed? This must mean something. Maarten comes fourth in the opening credits. Anne-Marie comes fourth to last in the opening credits. Frits' first and last name combined has four syllables. I am not sure about other possible correlations to the number four, though.

If his strategy was to answer the largest group, in questions about the third task he would not have answered Marit. Marit was also in the smallest group in the speedboat challenge. The only thing that detracts is that Marit seems really good at the challenges. She was really on Maarten in the tower to make sure they were getting the right numbers. Again though, this was a challenge where she could do well without directly earning the group money- it was up to those on the ground to enter the tower or not. Still, I'll stick with Marit as my main suspect. Liesbeth and Frits would have to be my secondary suspects, because in the speedboat game they both chose the letter 'M' for mole. :)

It's funny, because the same gesture with his nose stuck me as well but I interpreted it more as a nervous tick. ;-) I thought that made him look un-molish rather than molish, haha. I guess it all depends on perceptions. :-) There are two main things that makes me think William is less likely as a mole (meaning there are more but these are my main objections/ thoughts). 1. His tactic would be so energy consuming and chaotic that it would little room for actual sabotage I think. It would make a very different tactic for sure and I suppose if anyone could pull it off it might be him. But it's a dangerous one (since he's definitely on the suspect list from day one, with his clear sabotages), and just very hard to keep up for 2-3 weeks I think. I can't realistically see it though if it turns out to be so, I will applaud him for it in the end I think depending on his Mole sabotages. ;-) 2. He tries to get a joker from a contestant (Frits) in exchange for 'information'. That information is far less use to a contestant than an actual joker since the joker is a free pass on a quastion regardless, and the information is merely the question not the answer. I would find it very odd that the Mole would try to lessen the chances of a contestant who won jokers fair and square like that. I'm not saying it's impossible but I deem it unlikely and I would expect there would have to be a very good explanation for it in the end, then. @ Loopymilkshake. Just for the record, the 'Q' / writers thing was done by Maarten, and the sloppy handwriting was in boat nr 1, most probably done by Tim since he was the one writing. Boat number two (with Liesbeth, Frits and William on it) per contrast had a very neat, proper handwriting. It's hard to tell who was responsible for that since they didn't say how they divided the tasks. As for the €2000 - keep watching the vid you'll notice she's walking straight to Maarten after that and Maarten suggests to put it in the pot straight away. Letting €2000 disappear like that is way too risky I think especially when everyone knows it can only be done by one person in that case, way too conspicuous imo. Moles have 'lost' money before but only when there was enough chaos and enough other people to blame for it. :-)

Point is most people are still hedging their bets right now so it's hard to say what is right and what isn't. But Maarten very clearly claimed he opted for the larger groups and it's clear Marit was in all the smaller groups this episode most specifically 1. the decoding 2. 2. the 3 that took the envelope instead of the 5 taking jokers. 3. two on the tower instead of 6 in town with the lady in red on tour. To be honest right after seeing episode 3 I was inclined to think she was a contestant more likely. Seeing it all again I once again find myself doubting. In the challenge on the tower, it would have been hard to sabotage much. She was put there by Liesbeth and she was stood next to the most fanatical and honest contestant of them all, Maarten. So she had two options: sabotaging quite clearly by going against him (which would certainly be suspicious) or going along with it, hoping he makes a mistake (eg the islands) and working with the trust thing instead, hoping the reverse psychology aspect would work. Either way she wouldn't have had many options in those circumstances imo. Secondly the envelope. Not sure what to make of that though I guess if she wants Tim and Frits to really believe she's a contestant she couldn't have opted for the jokers since she would have to give them away to her competition anyway. Not sure about that one though because that would be the same and plausibel explanation for Marit as a contestant too. ;-) I think for now I will keep an eye on her especially in the next episode since apparently tough negotiations will be taking place. Will be interesting to see what she will do there. She's still on my list though with some notes and doubts.. Then again I don't feel very convinced by anyone else at this point either. ;-) Can't wait for the next episode!! :-) Sofar I think this series is getting better with each episode. :-)

First, idk why Frits would have ever accepted the offer to trade a Joker for a question on a future test. A Joker is a 100% guarantee, just knowing the question means you still have to get it right. All it did was ensure that Tim's odds of staying would be better than his own. Also, I'm probably reading way too far into this, but when it was down to Tim/Marit/Frits during the Joker or Envelope challenge, they somehow knew the envelope contained money even though the only person to take an envelope at that point (William) hid the fact it had money. I was hoping the lady in red would play a part in the challenge. Before it was explained I was assuming the group of 2 would have to pick her out of a crowd or something. The fact that she was completely irrelevant makes her even better though. I don't think Marit is the mole just because she took the money when she would have had a perfect excuse to take the Jokers instead. It would have been a very easy sabotage with basically no suspicion/repercussions. If anything it puts suspicion on Tim/Frits because they would have known when they made the deal in episode 1 that she would be forced to give up money. Also, Tim said something in the beginning of the episode along the lines of "We all know what's going on, so it's going to come down to memory now." Why would he think they all know who the Mole is? That's just confusing. If I had to pick a mole at this point, logic says Tim but my gut still says Liesbeth.

The offering the joker was to Tim because they had made a deal, according to Frits anyway. I agree with you that the trade-off wasn't benefitial to Frits. I don't know his reasons for it but if I can hazard a guess, I would say they are all trying to mislead eachother by re-enacting last year's Mole Patrick. In years before contestants have always been eager to earn jokers (for obvious reasons) so now people being seemingly careless or ambivalent about it arouses suspicion (see William's confession about it). I would have to say the Mole would be an idiot to pull that and so obviously if he is truly the Mole because it would arise immediate suspicion, now. But that's just my view on it. ;-) ' The fact that the envelope contained money was what William said out loud. Liesbeth came to check it and it was at that point that William shielded off his extra information. But he was always open about the money thing so there was a reasonable assumption that future envelopes may contain money as well for everyone taking it after him. As for Marit I initially agreed with your assessment but thinking about it some more I think there is a reasonable explanation in the sense that Tim and Frits may be suspicious of her giving jokers to her competitors. Perhaps this may be an indication of knowledge prior by either Tim or Frits (but that would also a bit stupid because at the very least Marit would then be suspicious of them for having made this deal with her in the first place). Since there are always jokers in play as of epi 1, 2 or 3 nowadays it would be a logical assumption (the same way William assumed that there may be jokers too because exemptions had been given out as well). So thinking there might be jokers she might earn would be a logical assumption too and if they wanted to trade anything for giving away the third exemption and keeping a benefit from it, this would be understandable contestant behavior (everyone seems to want to maximize their benefits this season ;-) - At any rate I agree it can be explained both as Mole-ish but definitely as contestant as well. I am not ready to dismiss Marit just yet on the basis of there potentially being an explanation plus negotiations are coming up. So we'll see what this twist brings. I've felt so from the start actually. They didn't invest that much in Maarten either so all in all I am inclined to say she'll be the next or one of the next to go, because she's indeed invisible. Glad we got to see a good vid confessional by her at least because if I can be critical of one thing in this series, I would say Frits and Liesbeth are getting wayyyy too much airtime in their confessionals and voice-overs (almost all voice-overs are from Liesbeth...). A challenge in an abandoned airfield/ airport with a twist. 2. A diving challenge involving (youth?) pix of the contestants. 3. 'Tough negotiations' and a 'devilish dilemma' to do with their 'sunny' future. The Mole tweeted: Will I choose red or green? So I am assuming something is going to happen involving red /green screen and whether or not all will make it to the 'sunny' destination.� Maybe a bribe/ buying off a 'red' screen of sorts. At the moment I'm drifting between a number of people, but she would probably be my favorite in terms of my preferances. :-) She's such a fun person, I crack up with all the things she says all the time. It was an interesting challenge though I thought the last one definitely was the cracker of the lot. Will be very interesting to read all your thoughts about it. :-)

Remove this ad i want a mole that goes undetected--- given the fact that many are suspicious of her- i would be kinda dissapointed if she was the mole. Nothing worse than a mole that has like half of the cast on to them. Hadeqwhdhd is still my top mole suspect
