The second I saw Ava within range of a frying pan, I knew it wouldn't end well. I love Ava. I love having this back, but I don't get why the hitman tried to kill Raylan like that. Or why he'd kill those guys to steal the watches (presumbably to cover the debt to Detroit) if he didn't know how to sell watches.

If you definitely only want to watch one episode, the one Davies submitted for his Emmy nomination was Season 2, Episode 12, "Reckoning," however that's the second to last episode of the season so you might be lost, as it were. So you might just want to watch Season 2, Episode 1 ("The Moonshine War"). It's a helluva good show anyway. Davies is in 10 of the 12 episodes of last season. It's a TOTALLY different role than Faraday. Very cool.

They picked up right where they left off and now that Boyd is in prison with Dickie, look out. Loved seeing Dewie Crowe again. Ava taking over for Boyd is going to be interesting. It is always great to see Winona.

I thought it was good that we saw Art being such a badass, and any scene with Jeremy Davies is good. Even though I like Carla Gugino, her part didn't really work for me. Mykelti Williamson was great though. Oh, and Natalie Zea has a great ass.

Loved that he came to see him and was all "we're getting you outta here today" and then just hung up! This week's ep was a nice change to go off on the other marshall's death and all. I like the Rachel Brooks character. I saw the look on her face while they were in the attic and string was being pulled. She is like ah hell.. Ima have to shoot a mfer! Wish they had her in more of the story. She's awesome! Nice having Carla on here. Wonder how long she will be around? Nice touch having Raylan and Winona living at her house for a little while ;)

The actor playing Dickie had me feeling so sorry for him or a few second there. He was so fucking scared. I guess the corrupt prison guard will be fucking things up for Boyd's racist ass in the near future. Mykelti was awesome and I laughed at the burn on his flunkie's hand during that last scene.

Still, this can't be good for Boyd -- that swastika wasn't a fake, remember. Terrific ep. Art going off on the weasel was all kinds of awesome. (BTW anybody watch Band of Brothers? The weasel was Wild Bill Guarnere.)
