The Olympics were DONE there 2 years ago, who the heck cares anymore about those venues or athlete/judges?

The ice one was stupid beyond words. I liked the fact of shooting for what you're going too cook (once again giving them the ability to cook what they want) but the whole skiing segmant was dumb.

Posts: 3019 02/16/12 06:46 AM I don't get most of the jokes Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I didn't think the challenges could get any dumber....till last night I think the scenery was absolutely beautiful - but whoever said the Olympics were over 2 years ago and nobody cares or recognized these guest judges were right... I mean good for them but do I really care what they think about food? What were all the hockeu players busy? Anyhow - I have this strong feeling Lindsay will win - but really ..if anyone ever deserved to win this thing it is Paul and it will be a joke, as in Hosea, if Paul does nor win.

Posts: 5050 02/16/12 08:09 AM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I will be super pissed if one of those bitches wins over Paul...he's probably had the most dominating season on top chef out of any cheftestant ever (just based on challenge wins, being in the top in challenges, winning money and a vehicle as prizes)...Hung is probably the only guy who owned an entire season challenge wise in similar fashion...even Blais had decent competition in his seasons and didn't runaway with a bunch of the challenges...I've decided I would be more pissed if Lindsey won than Sarah but thats really slim pickings right there. Paul please, only satisfying winner possibility IMO...

They've certainly given Sarah a redemption edit...from her mention of mulling things over and coming in and being nice, to her tearful goodbye praising Bev and saying how glad she was they got to do it together, blah, blah. They also gave Lindsey a bit of one as well, showing her saying that she wished she hadn't been so upset (aka a bitch) in previous challenges. Of course than they did just talk right over Bev. But, I found myself being super annoyed with Bev. Everything from the almost ice picking Paul to the self-important speeches. "I'm giving it my all and trying my hardest because I want to win." Right, because everyone else is trying to lose. Seriously, I was horrified to find myself rooting for Sarah in that final challenge. Please...Paul is the only acceptable winner...which means he won't.

Being a bitch > inflincting permamant injury on a fellow competitor. Also, by setting up her blender in Sarah's station instead of her own she showed, one final time, that she's clueless, self-centered and someone I'd probably want to smack too if I had to work with her. Go Paul, go! (Yes, I know, Lindsey has this thing in the bag, ugh)

The pre-finale episodes are cut before they even film the finale/winner. So I always take note when there is a sudden shift in edit. That being said, Paul got some nice bits in there about family background and overcoming the first challenge. I am kinda glad Bev left. I was trying to like the bitch but I really think she was bringing all of the negative attention on herself. I am all for an underdog fighting against the jealous bitches but I really never saw an example of them coming at her unwarranted. She was an annoying spastic bitch, I think it's only natural they bitched at her.

This was my problem with Bev all season - you really want to like the sweet little girl but she plays that up and pretends to be victimized with her tears. She is a dragon lady - both in the kitchen and when it comes to winning - not as sweet as she looks. Sara redemptions but still think it's between Lindsay & Paul and if there is any justice in this world - Paul will win.

Why can't the writers, producers, whomever develop challenges that relate to being a chef? A word on Beverly. I think it's interesting that she is this mousy person...but she wears combat boots and is tatted out big time. What's the story there? Can anyone with a better memory than I tell me if they have had non-chef judges this late in the competition before?
