The frump lost to a young guy who seems to have a sense of humor. All three lost in FJ. The question involved best selling albums: This female singer started singing at 8 in Ottawa & has the biggest selling album by a female in US history. They all guessed the same thing & it was wrong wrong wrong.

Didn't see this when you posted it, but I missed Monday and Tuesday last week because of FIOS doing this to me. I had to re-set it to record all at that time period, so I didn't get the GSN reruns from a few years back, too.

Sorry to see the blonde woman with glasses go. I was hoping that she had ToC potential.

That was my answer too. I hate when they have ridiculously obscure questions that no one in the entire world cares about for FJ. I seriously doubt that even Shania Twain's next door neighbors growing up knew she was Canadian.

Actually, it often is that easy. Final Jeopardy questions tend to be less hard than the high level double jeopardy questions, probably because they don't want to consistently have three wrong answers. It's no fun.

I never thought it was Celine for a second, but if I had been at the podium, I would have spent the last 10 seconds of FJ frantically crossing out Alanis Morissette and trying to write Shania's name.

My feelings aren't hurt. I was merely pointing out that an overwhelming number of Americans are really ignorant to anything not of the US. There seems to be a lack of knowledge of anything beyond your borders.Also I'm not a noob- hence the name.
