we have a celebration like this locally, it's more designed for families and for people who don't want to get hammered and act stupid on New Year's. They are actually quite fun if you're not into drinking til you puke or looking to score some ass on New Year's with a stranger.

Chris has made no secret of his religious beliefs so this type of gig doesn't surprise me for him. I hope he and everyone who attends has a good time.
