I really wish Christina had beaten Rachel (since she had been the better racer till that point). God that would have been sweet.
But I actually don't feel that dissapointed, since Ron/Chris were my favorite team, and people kept saying they would last till 5th place, and at most, 4th. So, I had been preparing myself for a TK/Rachel or a Nate/Jenn win, and so last week, I was shocked that Ron and Chris got first and that the predicted winners got eliminated. I thought that my favorite team had a chance, and since I only had like a week to build up the excitement of them winning, I wasn't so dissapointed that they lost, as I had been bracing myself for a TK/Rachel win for a while. I would have preferred a Nate/Jen win, but Ron/Chris would have been fantastic, and I am so sad that Chris messed up at the end, especially since the roadblock was so great (don't know if that makes sense, but it just feels dissapointing that the outcome of the race depends on your favorite racer completing an exciting task, and you know if she does it will be such a grand finish, and instead she blows it, even though she almost had it, with that one error). BAH! Christina would still have made a much better female winner than Rachel (and the race needs some good female winners), so that makes it even more dissapointing.
