Though I'll admit most of them probably aren't Fans, Kathy sounds like one. Actually in that same scene Kathy says, before Cirie herself, that Cirie had never been to Exile Island. A lot of fans wouldn't remember that Cirie had never went one time on her season but Kathy did.

Kathy, Tracy, Mikey B and Erik seem like the only possible real fans.
