I would think anyone watching the show would see her as one of the smartest players. But best? No way. No matter how great she did in S11 you've got
to remember she was never a target at merge because she was never a threat to win challenges and she was basically left in the "we'll take care of her
later" slot. Would Aras have taken her to the final? Maybe. But that whole endgame was compromised by Terry's HII.
I honestly don't know what Cirie's endgame is this time around because I don't know how she convinces anyone to take her to a final 2 or 3.
