It -would- be unfair to have a double-boot episode but the tribe that goes to TC second, by luck, gets to have their booted player on the jury. It means one of
three things, probably:
1. Winning the challenge determines the order and Jeff puts emphasis on the jury
2. The jury starts at 9 rather than 10, and both contestants leaving this episode go to loser lodge
3. Simply put, two tribemates get immunity and it's still a single-boot episode.
