It's probably just the winning tribe getting to choose someone to go to the losing tribe and designate someone immunity. Whether they get to talk with the tribe beforehand (like John K. in Vanuatu), should be interesting.If Airai already won the IC, how exactly does Alexis going to Exile really make her immune. Her tribe already was immune. Ozzy would be safe but that is only one person.
Amanda getting sent to the opposite tribe is confusing, though. Maybe it is a double TC, or an RC reward (along with having someone go over to the opposite tribe) is kidnapping someone?
