I think that Cirie Eric and Amanda feel that Natalie and Alexis are going to vote for one of them. They do not know where Parvati's allegiance lies. Amanda goes to Exile Island and finds the HII. She informs everyone that she found it and is going to play it at TC, so she doesn't become the third blindside in a row. Eric wins the IC, so he is safe. Amanda secretly gives the HII to Cirie. Natalie and Alexis both vote for Cirie since they feel that Erik and Amanda are safe. Cirie, Eric and Amanda vote for Natalie. If Parvati votes for Cirie, she's not going home because of the HII, but the others (Cirie, Amanda and Erik) now know what she was planning. If Parvati does not vote for Cirie then she is still safe but does not have both Alexis and Natalie to help her. Either way she votes, Natalie goes home. Then they can vote out Erik next time, leading to a four woman finale of basically either Parvati and Alexis versus Cirie and Amanda, or the three favs vote out the last fan.
