1 - Cook - Ever I Saw Your Face - The song only works when the performance is passionate. That was en fuego. Awesome.
2 - Syesha - Fever - Madonna even hit with an electronica-esque Fever, the song can be a hit, and that was very, very good.
3 - Cook - Miss A Thing - That's how you build a song in 2 minutes.
4 - Archuleta - And So It Goes - I like the original and this was a very good arrangment. Stick to the notes, though, melisma hurts on a song so slow.
5 - Syesha Keys - Pretty. Like the original, it's a'right for me.
6 - Syseha - Hit Me Up - She performed it at least.
7 - Cook - Dare You To Move - Barely passable, from a huge Cook fan, this wasn't a great choice.
8 - Archuleta - Longer - Too many runs kill an otherwise dip into a vat of schmaltz. This kid isn't the show's choice, not when given this song as a late showcase.
9 - Archuleta - My Poo - says it all.
Doubtful Syesha survives, unless merit is taken into account, then Archuleta makes girls cry.
Favorite sign of the night was "Cougars for Cook." Add another demo to his list.
