From what I recall...
3 Vampires (Father, Son and Unholy Spirit) go on a killing spree. Mulder (sans Scully) meets their little disciple in a bar, they kind of fall in love
and than later she kills the 3 bad vampires and herself to save Mulder.
All in all not that confusing an episode (for the X-Files! lol), especially when you consider then
many and various 'mythology' episodes. I'd love to have somebody explain to me about all those clones and green blooded guys and alien abductions
and mysterious bald wunderkinds ect.
