Of course! I know they come up with stuff on the fly. I think they did the switch in Marquesas on the spot to same Marramu.
They don't do everything on the fly because it goes isn't legal rules that are setup since this show is partly considered a game show. They have to have everything planned out in advance and back-ups for when things go wrong. They don't just pull stuff out of their asses.
