having said all that, I am exhausted, spent hours this weekend going to open houses and shit...this is tiring stuff!
Is it a good school? Wouldn't some breeder be happy to live that close when you sell it? You'd get plowed sooner!!!! Look again if you like it!
(although you DO get a lot of candy wrappers blown into the lawn when you live near a school, I must say)
NEAR is very good, very very good, directly across the street where all the cars will be parking alongside your house and the traffic is NOT desirable. If
it were inside just ONE MORE street, I'd bite but not on the main street where the school is.
