It wasn't even about whether or not she deleted them, but why are they still there? They're obviously pretty old (based on the fact that she and Alex hadn't been getting along and his hair was longer in those pictures). She seems a little stalkerish.
And, I had no doubt she would get into NYU; I was just hoping she wouldn't.
